South Coast Mapping is a mobile vehicle tuning and diagnostics service based in Chichester, covering locations across the South Coast of England. We specialise in ECU remapping, AdBlue solutions, fault diagnostics, carbon cleaning, and related services.

2. Services

We provide mobile vehicle services at your location, including but not limited to:

• Custom ECU remapping

• AdBlue fault solutions

• EGR & DPF diagnostics and cleaning

• Carbon cleaning

• General fault diagnostics

All work is carried out using professional equipment and is subject to a visual inspection and diagnostic check before any tuning or software changes are made.

3. Bookings & Payments

Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or email. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future bookings or legal recovery of outstanding fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

If we are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, traffic, or illness), we’ll reschedule at the earliest convenience.

5. Vehicle Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, has no major underlying issues, and is accessible at the time of your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable for the requested work.

6. Warranty & Liability

Our remaps and software work are designed to be safe and reliable when applied to healthy vehicles. However:

• We do not accept responsibility for pre-existing faults or mechanical issues that arise during or after tuning.

• Any modifications you’ve made to your vehicle may affect the outcome of the remap.

• Some services (e.g. AdBlue removal) may not be legal for on-road use in certain jurisdictions — you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

All software services are provided as-is. If you experience an issue following a remap, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to put things right.
